Returns and refunds are not available at this time. Price adjustment can be discussed if: shipping is overcharged, discount code does not apply properly, or items received are damaged upon arrival.
If items arrive damaged, we can discuss replacement options.
Cancellations are not available at this time unless a processing error occurred or you wish to exchange your items for a different product before items are shipped out. If your items arrive broken, a replacement can be arranged. If your item needs repair, options can be discussed once I know more about the nature of the damage. Please send me an email through the contact page if you need to request a repair.
Please make sure you put the correct address on your order. Orders will not be replaced if shipping address provided is incorrect.
Digital Product Refunds Policy
No refunds are available at this time for digital products and downloads. All sales are final.
Handling and packaging of items for shipment usually takes between 2 - 4 days unless items are specified as made to order. All orders ship exclusively through USPS. If you wish for your order to be sent out faster, a rush order fee is available at checkout. We are not in any way responsible for any mishandling or damage caused during shipping.
