Berry Avocado Moringa Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado frozen
  • 1 cup wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup apple cider OR
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or plain yogurt OR
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar +
  • 1/2 cup cashew/almond/coconut milk
  • 1 tsp moringa
  • pinch chlorella
  • pinch kelp
  • pinch flax & chia
  • 1 Tbsp oats

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender for 2 minutes.
